               Our range of Biomass Briquettes are ready substitute of lignite, Coal, Wood in industrial boiler and brick kiln for thermal application to generate heat. Biomass Briquettes are non conventional source of energy, Eco-friendly, Renewable in nature, non polluting and economical. Use of bio coal is increasing day by day and has very demand-able market due to its fuel cost saving and pollution free characteristics. The calorific value of Biomass Briquette is around 4000-4500 Kcal/Kg. In biomass briquette Net Utilization is around 85 % so the loss of heat is almost 15 % while in lignite the utilization is around 53 % & the loss of heat is around 47 %. In this way, biomass briquettes are most useful & valuable.

Introducing First Time JUMBO-90 Model in the Year of 1997 in India

Features of "Jumbo 90" Briquetting Press :

  • Raw materials upto 25mm size can be used without Grinding
  • Raw Materials like Bagasse, ground nut shells, castor seed shells, saw dust, wheat grass, rice husk (paddy husk), Mustered Shells, Jira Straw are not required to be grinded
  • Since these raw materials do not required grinding, there is no need of "SIZEING UP" (Grinding) which helps to save power & labour expenses
  • Compare to other model electricity cost is low.
  • Two Super - 70 machines will require 98 H.P. of power and will produce 1500 Kg/Hr while "Jumbo 90 " can produces 1500 Kg/Hr with the power requirements of 91 H.P only.

The Super-70 model has been Launched by us in 1992.

Features of Super 70 Briquetting Plant:

  • SUPER 70 is Specifically Designed for the Industry where Medium Volume of Raw Material is available to Produce Medium Scale Production.
  • This Briquetting Plant Machine is Technically Innovative so its don't require for Constant Supervision.
  • It is also best design machine for the raw material Upto 12 mm size.
  • One Super-60 machines will require 68 to 73 H.P. of power and will produce 500 to 650 Kg/Hr while one "Super-70" can produces 750 Kg/Hr ± 20 % with the power requirements of only 49 H.P so its production rate is high and saved the electric cost too compare to Super-60
  • Hence electricity cost is reduced by 35-40 % and high production compare to Super-60
  • Super-60 need hammer mill for such material for making powder because it is accepting only powder form raw material and in Super -70 there is no need for the same so it also saves operating cost.
